Why JUMP exists
When a line cook doesn’t show or a crew needs another set of hands, the shift is happening now — not after a temp agency returns a call or a job board collects applicants. JUMP is built for that moment. An employer posts a shift, and workers nearby who match the role get a push notification within seconds and can accept on the spot.
Workers use JUMP for free. Employers pay a simple fee only for the workers they accept — no agency markup, no per-listing charge. The result is faster fills for employers and more shifts for the people who want the work.
Who we serve
We focus on the hourly trades where a missing worker means a missed shift: food service and hospitality, construction, and the skilled trades. That focus is deliberate — matching is only as good as its understanding of the work, so we’d rather do these categories well than be a generalist gig platform.
