Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out how JUMP may and may not be used. It applies to everyone using the Services operated by JumpCo LLC and supplements our Terms of Service.

Use JUMP for real shift work

  • Post genuine shifts with accurate role, time, pay, and location details.
  • Represent yourself and your business honestly, including profiles and ratings.
  • Honor accepted shifts, and communicate promptly if plans change.

Don’t

  • Post fake, misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful shifts or profiles.
  • Harass, threaten, or endanger other users, on or off a shift.
  • Discriminate in hiring or work in violation of applicable law.
  • Attempt to move payment off-platform to avoid fees, or defraud another user.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or probe the Services or their security.
  • Use JUMP for anything illegal, or to circumvent worker-safety or labor laws.

Safety & fair treatment

Employers are responsible for providing a safe, lawful work environment. Workers are responsible for performing accepted shifts competently and safely. Report unsafe or abusive behavior to us right away.

Enforcement

We may warn, suspend, or remove accounts that violate this policy, and may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. If you believe someone is misusing JUMP, email support@jumpco.co.
