Legal document versions
The JUMP Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Billing & Refunds Policy are published together as one bundle with a single version label. Any change to the wording of any of them is published as a new version.
When an employer accepts these documents, the version label is recorded on their account. This page is how that label is turned back into the exact words that were on the page that day: pick the version, open the document, and you have the text as published, not a reconstruction.
The current version is 2027-01-01, effective January 1, 2027.

Because there is no single text to archive, this version is recorded as a pointer to both commits. The archive of published text begins at 2027-01-01, and the rule that any wording change is a new version starts there too. Why one version has no archived text
Version 2026-08-13 is listed with a pointer to two commits in our source-code history
rather than with document links, and the reason is plain:
two different texts were published under that one label. The documents were
first published, and later the same label was kept while a placeholder postal address was replaced
and an invented phone number was removed from all four pages. Archiving one of those two texts
as “the” 2026-08-13 text would be inaccurate, so we archive neither and record where
both live instead.
That is exactly the problem this page and the rule above exist to prevent, and it cannot
happen again: since 2027-01-01, a build of this website fails if the
text of any of the four documents differs from what was archived for the version it claims
to be.
